Terms of Service

Last updated July 22, 2026

These terms cover your use of BotMarket — the dashboard, hosting, and catalog bots we operate. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.

We’ve written these in plain language where we could. If something here conflicts with a specific consumer-protection law in your country, that law wins.

Acceptance of these terms

By creating a BotMarket account, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live, and you confirm this at signup.

What we provide

BotMarket is a subscription service: you pick a bot from our first-party catalog, connect it to your own Highrise bot account using your own access token (“bring your own token,” or BYOT), configure it from a dashboard, and we host it for you around the clock.

We provide software and hosting. We do not sell, lease, or grant access to any Highrise account, bot, or in-game item — you already own the bot account before you connect it to us.

Independent operator

BotMarket is an independent, unofficial project, operated by CodeSwift (codeswift.com.br). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Highrise or Pocket Worlds, and nothing in this product should be read as an official Highrise offering.

Your Highrise bot account remains subject to Highrise’s own Terms of Service at all times — ours don’t replace or override theirs.

Eligibility & your account

You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account or subscribe.

You’re responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your sign-in secure. One account per person; accounts aren’t transferable.

If we learn an account belongs to someone under the required age, we refund the current billing period and suspend the account.

Your bot and your token

You own and are responsible for your Highrise bot account, including its compliance with Highrise’s Terms of Service and community rules in whatever room you run it in.

By pasting your bot’s access token into our dashboard, you authorize us to connect to Highrise as that bot and act on your instructions and configuration — nothing more.

You can revoke our access at any time by deleting your instance (which destroys our copy of the token immediately) or by regenerating the token in your Highrise account settings, which invalidates anything we ever held.

No Highrise Gold, ever

We never accept, hold, request, or transfer Highrise Gold or any other in-game currency or item, for any reason. Every fee you pay us is billed in real currency only.

Our catalog bots are built the same way: none of them buy, sell, tip, or trade Gold or in-game items on your behalf.

Acceptable use

  • Don’t use BotMarket for anything illegal, or to harass, spam, or abuse other Highrise users.
  • Don’t configure a bot in a way designed to evade Highrise’s own moderation, rate limits, or account eligibility rules.
  • Don’t try to reverse-engineer, resell, or run unauthorized code through our service — our catalog bots are first-party only; you configure them, you don’t upload code to them.
  • Don’t attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our systems or another customer’s instance.
  • We may suspend or terminate an instance used for harassment, spam, or platform abuse, with or without notice depending on severity.

Subscription & billing

Each bot instance is billed as a monthly or annual subscription, in Brazilian reais (BRL) with a USD reference price shown for convenience, through Stripe (cards or Pix).

If you pay by Pix, you’re authorizing a Pix Automático recurring mandate — your bank debits each renewal automatically until you cancel. You can revoke that mandate anytime in your banking app; doing so has the same effect as cancelling from the dashboard.

A subscription entitles your instance to run; it doesn’t start the bot by itself. You press Start on the dashboard whenever you want it live, and Stop whenever you don’t.

Cancel anytime from the dashboard’s billing portal — your instance keeps running through the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds

First purchase, any plan: full refund within 7 days, no questions asked. This also satisfies Brazil’s consumer-protection right of withdrawal for online purchases (CDC Art. 49).

After that window, cancelling stops future renewals, but we don’t pro-rate a refund for the time already paid — with one exception: if we discontinue BotMarket or a bot you’re subscribed to, we refund any unused prepaid time.

Payment issues

If a renewal payment fails, your bot keeps running for a short grace period (currently 3 days) while we email you to update your payment method.

If payment still hasn’t gone through after that, we suspend the instance — the bot stops, but your configuration is kept. Paying brings it back; you’ll need to press Start again.

If an instance stays unpaid for an extended period (currently 30 days from cancellation or suspension), we may delete it. We’ll offer to export your configuration before that happens.

Suspension & termination for abuse

Separate from payment issues, we can suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or if we’re required to by law — for example, an instance used for harassment or spam.

Where practical, we’ll tell you why. For serious abuse, we may act first and explain after.

Service availability

We host your bot to run continuously and work to keep it that way, but we don’t guarantee a specific uptime percentage at this stage — this isn’t a formal SLA.

We’re not responsible for outages, rate limiting, or account actions on Highrise’s side — those are Highrise’s systems, not ours, and outside our control.

Intellectual property

Our catalog bots, dashboard, and underlying software are our property (or licensed to us). Your subscription gives you the right to configure and use them — it doesn’t transfer ownership of any of it to you.

Anything you enter into your configuration (welcome messages, filter words, and similar) stays yours; you’re responsible for making sure it doesn’t violate these terms or Highrise’s rules.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

BotMarket is provided “as is.” We work to keep bots online and well-behaved, but we can’t guarantee they’ll prevent every moderation issue, or that Highrise won’t change its platform, rate limits, or eligibility rules in ways that affect your bot.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the issue arose, and we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Nothing here limits rights that Brazilian consumer law (or another law that applies to you) doesn’t allow us to limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, where CodeSwift, the company behind BotMarket, is based. We’ll publish our registered legal name, CNPJ, and business address here once they’re finalized.

If you’re a consumer, this doesn’t take away any protection you’re entitled to under the mandatory law of the country you live in.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. For material changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page and email you before they take effect.
